Beyond being one of the finest individuals I’ve ever known, Tim is an extremely competent general contractor and an especially extraordinary painter and has garnered the highest recommendation that I’ve ever given.  Our project was large and consisted of painting our 3600SF Craftsman home with three 75-foot gable peaks, the front garage and the stairs, landings, and stairway walls leading up from the street, and a rear 2-car garage.  In short, a daunting project that required skill, smarts, perseverance, volition, patience, and mostly all high ladder work – and was something that three prior painting contractors had turned down. Tim not only confidently accomplished every aspect of the project par excellence but paid enormous attention to detail via pressure-washing the roof and house; caulking, scraping, sealing, and expertly prepping the siding; actually hand-brushed all of the structures with 2 heavy coats of paint no less and with superlative detail and striking color separation; and at a bid that was competitive with our prior painter who resigned because of injury.  He was absolutely dependable and on time every morning, self-starting, worked both long days and weekends, exhibited excellent communication skills, and professionally secured the job via a contract – something that I’ve not seen with most contractors.  In short, an astoundingly skilled and wonderful individual that graced our home with not only the finest paintjob but who turned our property into the envy of the neighborhood.  Thanks to infinity and beyond Tim, you’re the GOAT
